I am a month out and I can drink about 4-6 oz of my Protein Shake over a 30-45 min time frame and then after my workout I come back and drink the rest again over about an hour! Water I can drink better and more can go through but the Protein Shakes I make are thick!

I am 7 days out, and I can drink my 8 oz. Protein Drink over about a 30-45 minute period. 2 oz. sounds like very little to me. Can you drink Water OK? Also, I do much better at fruity drinks like nectar which are thinner. Maybe try one of those?
