Malice X Girl 0 Posted June 15, 2006 Breakfast jump starts your metabolism for the day. It's important to have something. IMO. I like Protein bars or a strawberry oatmeal breakfast bar.
saul 0 Posted June 15, 2006 Nothings wrong with it....I just physically can not do that anymore. Sorry if you felt I was coming off rude.
Iulizbug 0 Posted June 15, 2006 Saul, I understand what you mean about the no breakfast thing in the morning. I FORCE myself to a low-sugar pack of oatmeal when I wake up because I know it is good to jump start my metabolism but I am always so darn tight in the morning and am NEVER hungry. I would probably prefer to wait until noon to eat but I know it isn't good for me. I have found on days that I skipped breakfast I either stall or gain weight. On days that I sleep in and have a late breakfast I will have high fiber/protein Cereal or egg beaters with reduced fat cheese and veggies. The Protein fills me up for a long time... ~Liz~ banded 03/10/06 Dr.Ortiz 241/198/150 5'7''

DonnaB 3 Posted June 15, 2006 I haven't been able to eat in the morning since my HORRIBLE PB on May 22nd. It was starting to feel normal again and then I got my first fill! coffee or tea with Splenda and a little bit of half & half is all I can manage until after noon. I'm sure this will get better as I lose weight. I do make sure to get in my Protein every day. Not as good at getting in the Water every day, I'm working on it.
