chilo1 62 Posted December 12, 2010 Prepare one packet og sugar free jell(jelly for us in UK), put in blender when cooled down with 150 grs of cream cheese. Put some frozen berries (i put frozen blueberries and strawberries) in a bowl and pour mixture on top. Put in fridge for a few hours to set. Has about 300 cal (the whole thing) and about 10 grs of Proteins and 10 grs of carbs,nice especially in the summer! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
