carol134 0 Posted June 14, 2006 :hungry: Hi out there just got over the lab band surgery on the 7th of June, am starving all the time but can't have the fill till the 26th of June any one have any advice for me that would be helpful?
juliegeraci 7 Posted June 14, 2006 I would advise to try and make smart food choices during your lack of restriction. Drink a lot of Water between meals, make sure you don't drink 1 hour before meals or during. Protein will keep you the fullest. Good luck.
Poodles 0 Posted June 18, 2006 Bump... I am feeling the exact same way. Mushies go straight thru and I feel like I am eating/drinking way too much, even with the Protein shakes. Would love to see more answers to this...
bandayed 0 Posted June 18, 2006 Protein will make you the most satisfied......it's hard until you reach the right restriction level......hang in there!
carol134 0 Posted June 18, 2006 Thanks for the information....I figured that I need to have a fill as soon as I heal so I can get on with losing some real weight, with not feeling like I'm starving!
carol134 0 Posted July 15, 2006 My doctor does not use a screen to do his fills.... what is everyone thought on that? Is it to primative or what?
