Lose140 1 Posted December 1, 2010 I am 2 months out and have lost 40 pounds. I have noticed that I am a little blue at times. I have little energy. I just started working out last week and don't know if that is contributing to being so tired. I can't believe that I feel depressed. I am excited about the weight loss and the way my body is changing. I wish I could kick the blues!!! They come and go. Most days are good and days like today I could sleep all day!!. I will add pictures to my gallery soon.
LilMissDiva Irene 3,282 Posted December 1, 2010 Hi Lose! I still fee that way from time to time. I am only 2 weeks ahead of you, so it is still pretty normal to get that from time to time. I'm actually feeling a bit tired as we speak! Hang in there... the further along we get, the better things seem. :-)

mp8btpc 33 Posted December 2, 2010 I too had some major post surgical blues, mood swings, fits of psychosis whatever you want to call them lol. I was tired and up in down in my moods for about the first 12 weeks. I have noticed the last week has been the best one as far as my mental stability is concerned.
