I didn't plan it this way, but today (day after thanksgiving) is my first day of the Atkins pre-op diet. 2 weeks from now I'll be under the knife in Mexico with Dr. Zapata. How exciting!

Sunday I start Clear Liquids for 3 days. Surgery the 1st. It is exciting. So much to do still before surgery.
