I know for the first 3 days I drink clear liquid so I'm confused when do I get my protein! Can anyone tell me there favorite Protein brand I like fruity? So when would I start drinking my protein I know I get 20 - 30 oz of liquids

I have not tried nectar but they are fruity. You could order the sample pack and decide if you like them or not before buying a tub and not being able to return.
