laylasmojo 10 Posted November 19, 2010 Okay so last Wednesday was my weigh in day and when I steped on the scale it said 197.4! HELLO ONEDERLAND I AM HERE TO STAY!!!!! And then yesterday while I was at the gym I was actually running on the treadmill (only for 1 - 1.5 min at a time but I was running) I have never been a runner but now I am determined to do at least a 1/2 marathon when I reach goal. 1 Jane_J reacted to this

coops 1,790 Posted November 20, 2010 Oh good for you... I am totally getting the running machine thing... I am in the same boat, even slimmer, I have never been able to run! Now though, something has changed... I can breath as I run and am slowly building my stamina up too... great feeling isn't it!!! =]
