cbchebert 3 Posted November 19, 2010 Congratulations! That is awesome. How are you feeling? I was just sleeved on the 15th - still feeling a little rough.
ImdownwithVSG 0 Posted November 19, 2010 So you are 3 days out. I left the hospital on the afternoon of day 3. I was feeling o.k., but not the best. On Sunday, I felt like a whole new person. Protein and walking really make a huge difference. I started walking in the mall for a couple of days and yesterday I walked 2 1/2 miles and that made me feel awesome! Don't worry, you will feel better!
Dansha 16 Posted November 19, 2010 Congrats. Now let me hate for a minute. LOL. MEN ALWAYS LOSE FASTER THAN WOMAN. Sooooo unfair. Make sure to take plenty of pics now and during so you can remember what you used to look like. That's the one thing I wish I had done was taken plenty of BEFORE pics. I didn't becuz I didn't like the way I looked. I'm taking plenty of DURING pics and it's so freaking fun now. Good luck as your journey progresses and please keep us updated. Deb P.S.
