Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted November 12, 2010 I've had that happen quite a few times. It's pretty strange because it will happen with something I have eaten before without problems. I know i can't have more than a sip of milk. I can eat cheese and yogurt though. I've told the story before about when I had a piece of cheese cake from the Cheesecake factory and I had to lay down for an hour in a mall (thank Gold there was a couch) I felt too sick to move. I know it was a combination of the sugar and the fat. Dizzy, nauseous, sweaty, stomach cramps, and the reason I finally got up was to run to find a restroom.. After that, I used just about every rest room in that mall. Its really hard to get back to the program when you let the sugar monster in. Between my birthday a few days before Halloween, and then Halloween, I have really been fighting the head hunger and major cravings. Glad you're back on Program Diva. We can keep track of each other since we're both kicking carbs and sugar at the same time.

AutumnLily 77 Posted November 13, 2010 Was it the lactose that was bothering you? I was curious does the whey protien affect the same way as milk does? Lily

cielle 0 Posted November 14, 2010 So glad you're feeling better, Diva! I thought dumping wasn't supposed to happen with the sleeve, but it sounds like several people have experienced it. Thanks for the heads-up.
smithjo 0 Posted November 14, 2010 That really does sound terrible. Does anyone know how common dumping is after vsg?
