Vitamins

Any advice on chewable vitamins? I know I need multi, calcium citrate, Iron and B12 sublingual. I have been looking at bariatric sites. They seem expensive. How long do we have to stay on chewables?

I am sure you can get your Vitamins from anywhere. Just a note you need to take your Calcium and Iron I think its 3 or 4 hours apart. Check with the pharmacist they will know the exact time.

We were told to buy OTC chewable Multi Vitamin and we should be good! As for the others, we were told they will evaulate how we are doing a few weeks/months after surgery to see if we need anything else but the multivitamin! The OTC wasn't too expensive either! Good Luck finding what you need!
