Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted November 12, 2010 You haven't said what you're eating and if you're exercising. Are you eating low carb?
SimoneVSsimone 1 Posted November 15, 2010 Yes!! very low carb freek!!! I stay away from all the foods that would harm me right now. But because of my job hours I have decreased my time working out... I used to work out 4 times a week for 1 hour..now its down to 3 hours a week for 1 hour...I didn't think that would of made me stop losing this weight if I chopped down 1 day of working out. lisabug 10 Posted November 15, 2010 Try using the Ada diet. Most diet programs are designed around it. I was doing 1500 cal a day and lost on average 10-15 lbs a month. You can google it. It is used for diabetics so it is structured so that you get the good carbs that your body needs.
