Post op 1 week

Ok guys, surgery day weight was 215 and now a week later i have lost 12 pounds. Today's weight is 203. I am REALLY tired but I did go for a 30 min walk today. Can anybody tell me how long this whole gas pain last. I can only do little burps and they give me no relief. My stomach is always making noise loud. How long does last?

I haven't had my sleeve yet, but did have the band which has the same gas effects. I took gas-x and walked a lot. I don't remember it lasting past the fourth or fifth day. I'm sure some sleevers will chime in soon! Congrats on your sleeve and weight loss!

It last about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Once I a nice size bm I felt better. Take 2 gas x strips and walk every couple hours.

Thank u. Sorry for the late response but I will go buy some. I still have gas and some days it hurts.

Same here -- 2 weeks -- gas X helps A LOT.
