I got a response to the message that I sent to Alex regarding chat. I told him a lot of us miss the old chat room.

He said it would be back in about 2 weeks. I am so happy! Chat has pretty much disappeared since we lost the old chat room.

I can be patient for 2 more weeks!

I am very happy. It's not the same around here, not being able to talk to my chat friends. The chat room is also important because so many new people come in there when they have questions.

We will be up and running again soon!

Had Wendy's chili tonight. Wow, I forgot how much I enjoyed chili. Are we able eat popcorn? nuts? a glass of beer or wine?

Life is good. Went down stairs today after losing 32 lbs. It was not a chore like the past.... YES!

Life is good. Went down stairs today after losing 32 lbs. It was not a chore like the past.... YES!

Popcorn is a real slider food. I can eat a huge bag of it at the movies. I do eat nuts too. I am not a drinker but I have had some alcohol and I get drunk now on one drink. You need to ask your doctor when you're cleared for nuts and popcorn though. I eat nuts daily because I believe healthy fat is good for us. Dr. OZ says we all should eat 10 almonds a day!

Yes he does, and not only is it packed with healthy oils, its got so many great nutrients and Fiber. I actually do eat a small palmful (about 10) of almonds about every 2-3 days. I get full on them very fast though and I have to chew them up to smithereens... LOL

Oh yeah and it will be nice to have the old Chatroom back!! Fa'Sho!!
