Hello everyone!

Just wondering if there are any other lacto-vegetarians out there? And what kind of foods are you eating post-op?

I am, but don't get sleeved untill January... Hoping it won't be a problem... some people become lactose intolerent or can't eat eggs after surgery.... this would make it VERY hard to get enough Protein.< /p>
