bugwitch 37 Posted January 18, 2011 I imagine it would depend upon what type of sexual activity you are engaging in. As with any other physical exercise, it should be done in accordance with what your body feels comfortable doing and easy to start. So, don't whip out the chains, cross and other goodies until you are good and healthy.
