Mick78 1 Posted October 16, 2010 Hello all I am 3 to 4 weeks out and I was wondering when it would be safe to start lifting again. I am not sure when weight lifting can be started but I am talking about lifting smaller objects for work, like packages that usually are no more than 20 pounds. My New Life 0 Posted October 18, 2010 My dr says no more than 20 lbs at work for six weeks. I am picking up the kids on occasion and I have already carried shopping bags, but I feel great and try to mostly just use my arms. I am 13 days out. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
