susieq 49 Posted October 14, 2010 I'm five weeks out and I crave sugar free popsicles. It might be related to the fact that I'm not taking in as much Fluid as I should. Is there anything wrong with having more than 2 of them in a day? I can get them down so much easier than I can an equal amount of liquid.< /p>
loserlia 0 Posted October 15, 2010 I have the same problem, my doctor told me to keep eating them, so I guess as long as you are not gaining any weight or getting dehydrated we should be ok
Jordien 30 Posted October 15, 2010 not at all! they count as liquids, and I say eat them all day long if that's what works. did you see the crystal light sugar free popsicles? those saved me my first week!
Dansha 16 Posted October 15, 2010 Oh yes.... the Crystal Light popsicles are very good. That's what save me too the first couple of weeks. I think someone here on the boards said each popsicle is equal to 2oz. of liquid. Deb
susieq 49 Posted October 15, 2010 I haven't tried the Crystal Lite ones yet, but I will. But first, another popsicle.
dizzylizzy 2 Posted October 15, 2010 I'm only 2 weeks out, but I am a popsicle addict. I have every kind of sugar free popsicle there is and I usually have about 5 or 6 a day. That's still only 90 calories, and its about 9-12 ounces of Fluid, which I need. I posted somewhere else that I wake up slightly nauseas every morning. I have a popsicle before I even get out of bed (hubby brings them to me) and it makes the nausea go away.
