Filosophia Scandinavia 1 Posted October 16, 2010 Cant help to think that my sleep apnea keeps me in a visious circle. Less sleep = more ghrelin = more appetite = increased weight . My conclusion is, that it could be more difficult to loose weight the natural way, when you are obese and have sleep apnea. I wake up 50 times a noight - I am sure, that will disturb the grelin secretion as well.. (Not operated yet) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
