How do I post/attach my tracker

Recommended Posts

This is my second attempt to get an answer. I've been to 2 weight loss tracker site, but I do not know how to post it. I am not a Facebook, myspace or twitter person. This is new for me. Please help. I sent a help message to this website, but no response. My surgery is scheduled for 10/19.

The easiest way for me to explain is step by step: If this doesn't work, you'll have to send a message to the site administrator, Alex.

At the top of the forum, it says "Signed in as______" Click on your name. On the top right hand corner, it says EDIT YOUR PROFILE. Click that button.

It will then put in at your USER CP (control panel). On the left hand side, you'll see a bunch of options, click CHANGE SIGNATURE.

A blank box will pop up, in this box you will need to PASTE the bBcode from the tickerfactory.com site that you have made your ticker on.

If you made your ticker on another ticker site, highlight and COPY the code for Message boards, and then PASTE that code into the signature box.

Once you PASTE the code into your signature box, hit SAVE CHANGES button. Your ticker should appear in all of your post.

To edit your ticker, you can click on it from any post that you have made, and update your weight stats.

Hope this helps.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
