Tiffykins 673 Posted October 5, 2010 It could just be Water weight. Without more details, like how far out you are, what you're eating, your exercise regimen, etc etc, it's kind of hard to guess why you've seen a gain. BUT, don't fret the scale will go down. If you're working out, gaining muscle, it's probably Water weight, if you're female, it could be just good ole' water weight, if you're not getting in enough fluids it could water retention, if you're eating too much or not getting enough calories it could your body holding onto weight, if your bowels aren't moving regularly take a good poop(harsh, but true) and you'll see the scale move. thickinphilly 1 Posted October 6, 2010 kaapuni if i am reading your ticker correctly you have lost over 70lbs since 8/24/10. you are doing excellently i could only hope for such good results after i'm sleeved. i am 20lbs heavier than when you started and if i could even loose 50lbs in the time that you lost 70lbs i would be extremly greatful. don't be so hard on yourself, you are doing great. keep up the good work and congratulations. 1 LilMissDiva Irene reacted to this
