lunarose 97 Posted October 3, 2010 Hi All, I am six weeks out and doing well. I don't feel hungry at all. When I sit down to eat I go from feeling nothing to feeling full sometimes overly so but not to the point where I get sick. My question is they say to eat until you are satisfied but if you don't get hungry and are eating because it is time what does satisfied mean? Some meals I get the full feeling a lot quicker then others which can be so confusing. Nancy

Maddie 9 Posted October 3, 2010 It depends a lot on what you eat. If you are eating mostly dense Protein, you will feel full quicker and stay full longer. When you eat "slider" foods, you will notice that you can eat much more. It takes a while to figure out how to tell when you have reached the point of being satisfied. Journaling what you eat can really help.
Jordien 30 Posted October 3, 2010 I'm only 2 weeks out, but I already am journaling in details. I'm also writing in any reactions or feelings I have after eating. felt overly full, felt uncomfortable, felt good, etc.
