I am alergic to metal, I was wondering is the staples metal?

I think I heard they were titanium and that I have not heard of people being allergic to it. That is why it is used.

I am very sensitive to nickel. I can only wear 18K gold jewelry or surgical grade titanium. The staples haven't bothered me a bit.

Titanium is the purest 'metal', that being the reason for its widespread use in body piercings as well as surgical procedures. I've never heard of anyone being allergic to it :thumbup:

Check with your Dr and so some research online about the Titianium. You may also want to check with an alergest...(sp?)

OK thanks everyone, I will look into it, I just break out if I were cheap jewlery and necklaces and stuff, I can only were the real stuff or I break out.
