Moving surgery date up

Okay, my date was for July 21st, but there are openings for July 10 so I think I want to move mine up that way I will only have to wait one more month. My question is, even though Dr. Sanchez doesn't require any before dieting what would be some good things to do from now till then. (I'm a BAD coca cola drinker and I know that can be no more but what kind of liquids could I do)

Sherri I don't know how you feel about lemonade. But Tropicana makes a sugar free lemonade with 5 calories per 8 ounces. Even my husband who doesn't like sugar free stuff liked it.

I am drinking two liters of it a day for my Water.

No caffeine or carbonation.
