Chris0202 0 Posted August 30, 2010 My sleeve surgery was in March of 2007 - and I have gained back 15 pounds and I am scared to death. I can't even remember what I am supposed to be eating - help - somebody tell me what I ate post op. All I can remember is popsicles. I guess I lost a few brain cells when i lost the pounds. I know that I need to increase my Water intake - but what Protein should I be eating... I promise to get on the scale more often as well. ANY and all advice will be appreciated!!! LOTS!!! Globetrotter 1,340 Posted September 1, 2010 tough love - how can you have forgotten your dietary needs? I didn't think that was physically possible. Are you in OA? Have you sought therapy for underlying issues? I'll guess that you aren't tracking your food then. It really keeps you honest, fitday - dailyplate - fatsecret are all online food trackers. I've heard of some folks here doing a "sleeve cleanse", sort of like resetting the clock, where they go back to a liquid/protein shake diet for a week.
