roshov 0 Posted August 25, 2010 I'm reeeeeeeally tired of batiatric advantage shakes and looking for some ideas of the most tolerated and best tasting Protein Shake powders on the market.

thinoneday 445 Posted August 25, 2010 I really love the baratric advantage shakes, but I don't just drink them like that, i add different things to them daily, like sugar free syrups (carmel is my fav) extracts like, banana and strawberries, cherry, raspberry, lemon, rum, pineapple, orange, lots of crushed ice. . . etc. . . good luck! Cancel 1 Posted August 26, 2010 I am starting my preop diet of 2 weeks liquid in two weeks. I just got some samples of the Unjury Protein Shakes. The chicken Soup was actually good. I think I'll add an extra bullion cube for a little more flavor. But it was smooth, no grittyness at all. Also unjoyed the strawberry shorbet. I think I'll blend this with ice cubes for a good slushy treat. So far UNJURY is my favorite.
Donna4545 13 Posted August 26, 2010 I love Isopure Zero Protein Powder. See my blog for my shake strategy (link below, look in the archives).
**LaSaJaTa** 4 Posted August 26, 2010 Protiens + chocolate is good, and I just tried the 1st sample pack (from Necter) of their coffee, and it was really good. The sample pack is great...I'll try them all then order based on the ones I liked...
a.walker 2 Posted August 27, 2010 I like BSN Lean Dessert chocolate fudge pudding, but honestly everyone has different tastes. Someone in this thread mentioned they like Unjury, and I cannot stand them. So, I think you just have to taste a few and find what you can tolerate. Try some samples. Vitalady.com has a lot of samples for $2 each I think, and that's a nice way to get to try quite a few.

educationrulz 18 Posted August 28, 2010 I've been doing Isopure RTDs which I tolerate fine. I'm now loving the Jay Robb powder mix. I can control how many ounces of Fluid I have to drink to get the 25 grams of Protein from each serving. It's also whey protein isolate, like Isopure, which I hear is the best form to use. jeanette_t 0 Posted August 28, 2010 I hate to say this BUT, the best Protein Drink is the one you can tolerate. You'll get about as many different opinions about what is 'the best' as you will find different brands of Protein. What I love, someone else thinks tastes like puke and vice versa. The link in the first reply to places you can buy samples is an excellent place to start. Don't waste money on tubs until you can narrow down what you like. On the pre-made drinks, if you can just buy single bottles and not packs, until you find what you like.
