AEdoesRnY 531 Posted September 16, 2018 I’ve found that popcorn is a MAJOR slider food for me, so I have to be very very careful with it. I can eat a ridiculous amount of it before I feel any restriction if I end up feeling any at all. 1 Honeybee17 reacted to this
Honeybee17 65 Posted September 20, 2018 Hello everyone, I have not had any problems eating popcorn at all. In fact it was wonderful except for one problem...I started gaining weight. I researched it and found out it was called a "slider". Meaning that there are not a lot of calories, it is easy to eat a lot of it and there isn't any nutritional value to it, according to the research I found. It made me bloated, caused me some Water gain, and I gained a few pounds overnight! I think as long as it is maybe the 100 calorie back, it is probably okay. Just watch your scale and how your stomach is feeling Good luck!
travelergirl 142 Posted September 21, 2018 Popcorn...it goes down just fine and has since about 6 months post op. It is so easy to overeat that I try to avoid. I haven't said I will never eat popcorn again...but it isn't something I can use as a regular snack.< br>Sent from my SM-G920V using BariatricPal mobile app
FancyChristine15 810 Posted September 23, 2018 I’ve eaten it a few times, and I’ve had no issues.
