Oikos yogurt

I just want to say here, for anyone who hasn't tried it, that Oikos yogurt, made by Stonyfield, is delicious. It has 10 grams of Protein and comes in caramel, chocolate and vanilla flavors as well as plain. I like the plain with vegies and the caramel is outrageously good. It's a great way to get your protein in.

There is also a blueberry flavor that has big plump berries and I *think* 13 grams of Protein.

This is by far my favorite yogurt and was a staple of my pre-op diet!

Thanks for the 411. I've never heard of this name brand before. What store do you get it from? Hopefully it is sold here in Kansas.

Brown Cow non fat Greek Yogurt has 23 grams of Protein per serving and it is so creamy fantastic, I drizzle a little honey and tap some cinnamon and mmmm-mm! Good stuff.

I buy Brown Cow at my local co-op market but I have also bought it at larger groceries like Safeway.
