Please include in your post: 1) Area of USA 2) Price with and without fluoro 3) Type of Provider, (MD, APN etc) 4) Is that provider a "bandster? My fills are done without fluoro but if I were to get one with, it would be covered by my insurance. 3) My band surgeon does my fills himself. 4) I don't really understand this question.
