Lori21769 14 Posted August 3, 2010 :scared0:Has anyone lost so much hair they had to resort to wearing a wig? I am losing gobs of hair, and I didn't have any to spare before surgery!
Papillon 7 Posted August 3, 2010 Some of the people on the obesityhelp.com site recommend getting Biotin. Nioxin hair products are supposed to help too.
emilygrace 5 Posted August 4, 2010 You can get clip in hair extensions, they work pretty well to up the volume without damaging your own hair.
Lori21769 14 Posted August 4, 2010 I really don't have anything to clip on to. I have very fine, thin hair normally. Now- if I run my fingers through my hair, I end up with a handful of hair.

laylasmojo 10 Posted August 6, 2010 I am in the same boat as you I all ready have thin fine hair you can actullly see my scalp. I have used Nioxin before it helped a little but not to much. I am curently taking Biotin hopeing to build it up in my system before the surgery and I plan on gettin Nioxin again after the surgery. But I have a feeling I will wind up having to get some wigs( not looking forward to that )good luck
