Yesterday we were passing by a Tommy's after spending the afternoon at the beach and my son and rest of the family really wanted to stop to eat. I knew I couldn't order anything from the menu, but I didn't want to stop my family from eating there. I still need to lose a few pounds before my upcoming pre-op, so I literally sat with everyone and watched as they ate (with the exception of 2 french fries and a few sips of my hubby's diet coke)! I don't think I've ever done that before. Afterwards I got something else to eat and I was happy! Happy that my family was happy and happy that I didn't go off!!! YAY FOR ME:thumbup:!!! Im trying to quit old habits and Im doing it one step on a time, such as coffee, pop, carbs, Im hoping soon I will start eating smaller portions... are you on any specific plan right now?
