Amen!! I start my pre-op diet tomorrow. sugar free Jello, sugar free popsicles, 1 cup of skim milk and 8 ounces lite low carb yogurt. Of course low carb Protein drinks -at least 60 grams of protein/per day. Mm Mm good?!!!?

I'm right there with you guys... My surgery date is August 11th. I've been on he liquid preop diet for 5 days now. It's been very challenging but so far so good. Today I brought a small perfume with me as backup for the food smells by the fast food ..torture but smelling the perfume worked..
