kansas1973 1 Posted July 30, 2010 I just started mushy foods yesterday, and went to the grocery store to stock up on them. I noticed Hormel Turkey Meatloaf in the Ready to Eat Refridgerated section, and was wondering if anyone had tried it during the later mushy stage? It's got 190 calories, 5 grams of fat, 14 grams of carbs and 21 grams of Protein, and it looks pretty soft. I didn't buy it, but I'm thinking it might be an easy protein source. Any thoughts? MINI-Me 196 Posted July 30, 2010 I have not seen this product. However, I didn't start meats (unless they were pureed) until I was on regular foods. Could be a good choice then.
mommaof4yoopers 3 Posted July 30, 2010 I had mashed up meatballs at that point, so I'd give it a try!
CraftyChristie 62 Posted August 2, 2010 I had it! It wasn't my personal taste as it was on the sweeter side... but as far as consistency in that stage, it went down well.
