Prila 1 Posted September 4, 2010 The pomegranite is soooo good...but don't buy it until you can have chunky stuff! It has real pomegranite seeds in it and is yummy. I get them at Target... 5 for $
stcyt 15 Posted September 5, 2010 I get the plain chobani yogart and add my own fruit. I'm scared that there's extra sugar and stuff in those ones that have fruit already in it. Am I just being neurotic?????
msljsl 0 Posted November 3, 2010 I don't think you're being neurotic. Not only can you control the sugar more by adding your own fruit, but the plain also has more Protein than the ones that already contain fruit.

MRSKOUBiK 27 Posted November 4, 2010 I'm not a big yogurt fan... but, I can eat this kind. Since it's texture is different.. I can tolerate it a little better
Brooklyn732 7 Posted November 4, 2010 I take the plain chobani and add SF/FF Jello pudding to it to give it flavor! YUM.
M2G 1,836 Posted November 8, 2010 Is it just me, or has greek yogurt just exploded in popularity? Honestly I had never given it a second look until May of this year, when I had my first NUT visit and she mentioned it for post op. Now I see even the store brands have their own version of the higher priced yogurt at a cheaper price. Unfortunately, I happen to do most of my grocery shopping at a super-busy grocery store and they frequently run low on ALL brands of greek yogurt....ugh! The salmon with chobai curry sauce looks good Chobani Yogurt - Recipes I have been using it in my Protein shakes (I have to add splenda to the plain cus it's a little sour), but I get over 20 grams of Protein from the yogurt and 24 from the Protein powder and it's yummy! Susanne 32 Posted November 23, 2010 I really prefer the Fage 2%. Even though it has 2% fat, it has basically the same amount of calories (more calories per cup but also more grams). It is creamier and not as tart and has 17g of Protein for 130 calories. If you think the 0% Chobani is too tart and dry, try the Fage. And if you don't like it at all, mix it with a little bit of milk to make is creamier.
FlyGirl 18 Posted November 24, 2010 If you don't like the tartness of the Chobani try putting in a little splenda in it. The vanilla is the only one I've tried so far and with the sweetener it makes it much much better.
