I went to my local Vonn's (Randall's) and discovered in their Soup section (the one by the deli/sandwich/bread shop). A Red Curry with chicken Soup. It has the Thai Curry taste. I put it all in the blender and watered it down with some fat free milk (I'm still on full liquids).

It was great....it is high calorie 1 cup = 240 cal, but I can't eat a cup at a time and it's a great treat when thinking I need THAI!
