christa94 0 Posted June 5, 2006 ok everyone. i have my date. i have my financing coverd. got the fiance on board. my date is june 29th. it seems like an eternity from now. i want to start a countdown, but i think i drive myself crazy. i want to go ahead and get this over with so i can start my process. what will i do with myself until then? i have started to try out parts of the "lifestyle changes" that i will have to make. like chewing my food at least 15 times before i swallow and not having Water with my meals. cutting out the sweets and just make better food choices. what more should i do? msbug 0 Posted June 5, 2006 I am right there with you! I'm not getting banded till August 15 and it seems like forever! Luckily, I've got a couple vacations in there to occupy me, but the days I'm home are just going to drag I think. I've started adopting some of the lifestyle changes too. Getting ready to give up my Diet Cokes, chewing more, eating slower, exercising everyday, etc. But, it's still going to crawl by. Hope your time flies fast. It's only a couple weeks away for you! christa94 0 Posted June 5, 2006 how do you get the ticker to show up at the bottom. do you add it as part of your signature? i am clueless! and i have a wedding to plan. i am getting married on sept. 2 so i have tons that i am busy with, but this surgery also rushes to the forefront of my thoughts.
