Hi All

Well...i am 6 days out and I am starving.I can drink like crazy and stared with mushies today and just can't seem to get full for long. Im getting my Protein but it seems that 15 min after I eat im hungery all over again.

Any advice?

Should I go back to liquids only?

I'm sorry I don't have any advice because I didn't feel much hunger at any stage so far. I just wanted to acknowledge you and hope that you get some good answers from others here. Being hungry is not fun.
