greeneyes 0 Posted July 21, 2010 I know we shouldn't eat carbs and my NUT said it was ok if I had a few crackers or something here and there. But I find meat and the basics so unappealing that I just tried lots bad things today. I didnt eat a lot obviously but few bites banana bread, few crackers, 3 bites sandwich a mini cookie and lots cheese. Cheese is only thing I dont get tired of eating. Sorry I just had to vent...im so lost with food...anything I try turns me off so I dont EVER want to eat it again... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

zephra 5 Posted July 21, 2010 I ate a bunch of chips today and enjoyed it every minute. I ate them and then tomorrow I will get up and go on with life as usual. It is what normal people do.
