Roseib 13 Posted July 20, 2010 Hi. I'm almost four weeks out and on mushies. Does anyone know if its harmful to eat cream cheese at this point? I can have low fat string cheese (no problem with that) and FF shredded cheddar cheese (can't tolerate it). When did some of you start eating cream cheese e.g. Laughing cow? Thanks
Tiffykins 673 Posted July 20, 2010 I was released for cream cheese on full liquids which is the stage before mushies.
Roseib 13 Posted July 20, 2010 Thanks! I saw other posts in which you mentioned eating cream cheese but didn't know when you started. It is so soft and mushy don't know why it's not on the approved list. I could have one tsp of pureed salsa week two. (Well this is San Antonio).
texaschick 0 Posted July 20, 2010 Hey there Roseib, I am in San Antonio too! From your diet plan, is sounds like you went to the same place! I laughed when I say the 1 tsp of salsa. If it was the same place, I found some of their dietary guidelines to be a bit dated. I ate laughing cow, light boursin, etc. I didn't do FF cheeses, yuck! I did 2%. I ate a lot of refried Beans thinned down with chicken/beef stock, and pureed bean Soups that where thinned down.

So far doing great. Just eager to start adding more spice to food. Afraid to get too hot too soon. Yes the 1 tsp of mild salsa pretty funny.
