sweatinitout 0 Posted July 19, 2010 I am 4 mo out and have been doing great. I just seem very tired last 3 days. I am wondering if it could be lack of Protein or Vitamins or something like that. I drink my Protein Shake with vitamins every morning, but this last week end did not. any suggestions. has anyone else seem tired ever? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
educationrulz 18 Posted July 22, 2010 I'm not as far out as you, but I definitely have some days that are better than others. I've been doing good overall the last week, but yesterday I had to take a 3 hour nap while my daughter stayed up and played on the laptop. I couldn't keep my eyes open. You're probably just in a slump that will pass soon. If it doesn't get better after getting back on your Vitamins, you might want to see if you need to have some bloodwork done. JudyM 2 Posted July 26, 2010 I was sleeved the same day as Mary... and this weekend, I was banjaxed! I had to go and lie on the bed, and slept for 3 hours! I thought it might be that my body is working hard, burning off all that extra fat!
