Texturized Vegetable (Soy) Protein (TVP)

I used it for a while and forgot about it. I would put it in stew, spaghetti and chilis. None of my picky family even noticed the difference.

I still use it sometimes. I like getting the Fiber from my Protein. I also use seitan (make it takes like barbeque ribs). But the Protein is not as high as actual poultry, fish or beef. I wish it were....I'd like to get rid of these Protein Drinks and get my 70 grams from food.

I'm still struggling with that !!!!

But, back to your question, Yes I do. And really like it. My husband says he can't stand it though, so I only make my stuff from it.
