Lookinupin2010 0 Posted July 12, 2010 I still use it sometimes. I like getting the Fiber from my Protein. I also use seitan (make it takes like barbeque ribs). But the Protein is not as high as actual poultry, fish or beef. I wish it were....I'd like to get rid of these Protein Drinks and get my 70 grams from food. I'm still struggling with that !!!!
