Insurance paid even though no bariatric clause anyone?

Anybody whose insuance paid for gastric sleeve, even though they didnt have the bariatric/weight clause in their policy?

ditto here too. it does not mention it nor does it exclude it -- however it covered my lap band (and a ton of other WLS in the company) heck it even covers gender change.

I'll find out soon enought on the sleeve revision
