The only thing I dread these days is the weekends cause things are just not as consistent and planned as my work weeks are so I tend to gain back a little after the weekends and funny thing is that it is not like I am pigging out! I will have a few chips or a few bites of ice cream. I do hope that my ability to have a little tiny bit of the bad stuff does get better, I don't mind only having a few bites of something that I love but I got sleeved so that I could control portion size which I am doing and then some but still seeing it affect my weight. I still have not tried any breads at all, only the Special K crackers and then I am only eating 5 or 6 of those tiny little things. It probably has more to do with Water weight than anything. You know you cannot possibly gain wait from eating a few extra calories (even a few hundred) over the weekend. I haven't lost much weight recently but went down another size in jeans. Can't really explain that one - but so long as the clothes get smaller, I am happy! Congrats again!
