Kids Meal Card + question on Med Bracelet

Ok - been lurking and reviewing everyone's progress and this site has been extremely beneficial. I will probably post more once my surgery is over - it is TOMORROW! It really is fascinating the new life that will be in front of me. But the coolest thing so far is that during my presurgery appts yesterday, they gave me this laminated card to present at restaurants in the future stating that ordering from the kids meal is a medical necessity. Cool! That is one thing I wondered how I would deal once I got on regular food.

They also mentioned getting a med alert Bracelet in case of any accidents. Anyone have one? If so, what is on it?
