Paulax 8 Posted June 3, 2006 OK I feel dumb. Twice now I have seen stats on % of weightloss and I need someone to spell it out for me. If someone lost 50% does that mean 50% of their weight, or 50% of the weight they SHOULD lose? Thanks in advance. I will try to find an example of what I am talking about. JMO 0 Posted June 3, 2006 I think it is 50% of the weight you want to lose.
maryb 1 Posted June 3, 2006 At WW when they say you have lost 10%, It is 10% of your starting weight. ex. 20 lbs for starting at 200 lbs weight. They say this is when other people start to notice the difference. I think most people on here use percentage of pounds they want to lose. So, 50% would be half way to goal.
