lbourgeoisjr 2 Posted June 27, 2010 I have 5 days left before I get my sleeve. I have been doing well on my pre-op diet and it has not been as difficult as thought. I have lost 39lbs since June 2, 2010 and I am know that my doctor will be very suprised when I weigh in on July 2, 2010.

Donna4545 13 Posted June 27, 2010 What was your pre-op diet like? It certainly looks like it worked! I'm just starting my 2-week pre-op diet (2 shakes and an Atkins-type dinner). I hope I can lose as much as you--our BMIs are pretty close. Donna

I started using the shakes the next day just so I could get in a routine. I did not use the shakes constantly until two weeks before my surgery. I am glad I started early because my BMI was very high.
