Soups?

Very excited! Tomorrow get to start full liquids. I have cream Soups that I will strain for the lumps, however, what are blended Soups? Do you literally blender them? i only eat cream soups and chicken noodle. Not a big Soup person before, but I bet I will be now!

I'm not sure if it means just literally blend them in a blender or if its a blend of foods...so more than one ingredient.

My Dad used to get a cauliflower cheese one... which sounds a bit gross but I love cauliflower cheese so i might give it a go over the next few days.

Also another favourite of mine is Tomato and basil, and roasted butternut squash and red pepper.

I blended chili, and beef veggie Soups. I didn't eat any of the noodles, and pulled them out before blending.

I also added cheese to most of the chilis I ate.

i'm still doing my full liquids, and i can't believe i didn't think about blending chili! in fact, i haven't blended anything....

did you just blend it to where there were no chucks? and did you add the cheese before or after blending? thanks

I made Pea Soup with smokedbutt and I would blend until meat and everything else was smooth.
