After a 163 days.......

Today is 5 months and 12 days post-op.

Highlights -

BMI down from 42.6 to 31.7

Weight loss - 31.4 kgs (69.22 pounds)

Waist - was 50 - now 38

Shirt size - was 46 now 41 (Polo size XXXL to XL)

No more a diabetic, no more medication.

Hit a stall even a month ago but thanks to this forum did not give up.
