poey0123 0 Posted May 29, 2010 Hello everyone, I'm a 34 yo young woman who is very grateful for this forum. I can't tell you all what a great support group this is. I have spent hours and hours and hours here reading posts and finding answers to my questions. Thank you for being here. I'm day 73 post op. I feel like i'm not losing as much as i should be, but i've found myself not exercising as much as i should be. I'm trying to make a commitment to myself to do so so that i can do this the right way. After a 3 week stall, i want that weight to come off! wannalise 16 Posted May 29, 2010 You are doing great! I still sometimes compare myself to others and don't always like my progress either. I don't know if it would help you but booklean started an thread under the exercise section where each week we pledge how much we are going to exercise and we try to encourage each other. The exercise thing has still not become a habit for me either and that scares me because it is such a vital part of the long term success. We can cheer each other on though! Come join us!!!!
