Jane_J 117 Posted June 1, 2010 I have been using the MyPlate since October, used the setting to lose 2lbs a week at 1st, now aiming at 1.5lbs, which gives me 1130 per day at my current weight. Its been a godsend to help me track what I am doing, also can track exercise and the offset that gives.
